can computer be turned off at assessment? was created by struggling artis
I seem to remember reading somewhere that it may be possible to ask the HCP to turn the computer off at your ESA assessment...

Would I be legally entitled to ask them to turn off the computer and take down my answers in written form instead?

You can ask but I don't believe there is any legal requirement for them to do so.

thanks Gordon. Does anyone know how/where I could find out if I have a legal right to ask them to write my answers instead of using computer?
