Yes I can believe that...

The figures for the success at appesals for DLA seemed to have dropped significantly from I have recently read, are they now on a mission?

I cant see anything wrong with Drs doing both Atos and tribunals they are working to a rule book for both of them ...and if they stick to the rules I have no problem. The comments about drs asking lots of questions is also something I have no problem with and there is no such thing as a daft question just daft answers :silly:

If the Daily Mail/Express comes to this site they can see that tribunals are asking hard questions and probing claiments .... If they came here and saw people where having an easy time at Tribunals can you think of the spin they would put on that????????

I can see it now DWP turn down people for ESA/DLA but tribunals give people an easy ride and hand out benefits by the back door :( all over the front page
