PIP can be awarded on a variety of levels of evidence, I know someone who only had a one page diagnosis letter and someone else who sent in 200 pages of indexed letters and reports.

Newer evidence is usually better than old, but an old but detailed report may be better than a brief new one, depending on your conditions/

I know you are looking for advice on what to include but we really can't tell you what to do, we have no sight of the reports and how they relate to your conditions.

Thank you, I have another problem now. When I was talking to the PIP office the other day, they said if I was sending my PIP form special delivery, then I need to send it to Telford and she gave me a Telford address. But today when I rang to check the address a different advisor knew nothing of the Telford address and told me to send it to the Wolverhampton address as on the form. So I don't know, both advisors came across efficient, should I keep ringing and go for what the majority say but I will miss my deadline if I send it to the wrong address. Help!

I would send it to the Wolverhampton address, it may be slower but it will get to the intended office, DWP offices are not supposed to receive direct mail.

Wolverhampton address is Post Handling Site, this may be a silly question but I assume they have staff there who are able to sign for receiving a special delivery?

Thank you, in am in the process of copying out my rough notes onto the actual form. However I think I have a bit too much for the boxes on quite a few questions, Can i ignore the boxes and just write please refer to page 1 of 40 for example and have my own page for each box? Does that make sense?
