had a letter today the dreaded brown envelope
after the tribunal decided I the dwp was wrong and gave me back my benefits after 5 month's . I expected it to be confirming the tribunal decision and all be cleared up ?
instead it read more information ?

1 , have you been in prison
2 , have you been in hospital or a residential home
3 , have you been abroad for 4 weeks in the lasy 3 years
4 , have you changed your bank detail's

these where all answered in the countless letters and questions in the previous months
don't see why ?
would I be wrong to think they are just me suffer a little bit longer ??

This letter is sent out once the DWP have accepted the Tribunal Decision, I can't explain why it has been send if all this information has been supplied before, it may just be an item on a procedure list.

You do need to fill it in and return it.

I attended a tribunal for the pip three weeks ago after five months of stress worry no money they awarded me high rate mobility low rate daily two weeks ago

I then had a esa medical two weeks ago
today I received a call from the dwp saying I didn't score any points at the esa medical and the medical professional stated I was fit for work ??

the dwp lady said she looked through the report and had awarded me 9 point's after reading my report as she thought the report was wrong ?
I was then transferred to the job centre I know have to go and sign on Tuesday to look for work ??
my head is all over the place the stress is too much I couldn't feel any lower
I would appreciate any help

I'm afraid that the criteria for ESA and PIP are sufficiently different that an award for one would not necessarily result in an award for the other.

You will have to go through the MR/Appeal process again.

As to the JSA, as you have been found Fit for Work the only replacement benefit you can claim at this time is JSA. If your GP is prepared to provide a Fit Note then once your JSA claim has been accepted you can present the Fit Note and be excused any Job Search requirement for up to 13 weeks.

If the MR leaves the Decision unchanged and you appeal, then you can request to be moved over to the ESA Assessment rate. As you have an award of PIP Daily Living you would be entitled to the Disability Premium with JSA, this is not payable with ESA so if you can manage it you would receive more on JSA, obviously this is up to you.
