esa reconsideration appeal

well gordon my appeal to be moved from wrag to support is tomorrow ,any last minute pointers ,all help is welcomed

well appeal postponed because the panel hadn`t got some of the papers i had in my appeal pack also some of the medical forms that esa had requested ie esa113 and med3 ,where missing also ,so the panel would like to request that a member of esa come to the next appeal also asked me to sign a form so they could get my medical papers from doctors , i asked them could they just not deal with it with the info they had and they said no as it would not be fair on me ,does that mean that it has not gone well for me on the papers i did have

All we can say is that the panel felt they could not make a decision with the information they have. I would not even attempt to guess at anything else.
