I would expect it to take a few weeks for the 'bundle' of papers to arrive. Everything relating to your current claim will be in it, including any letters from your GP.

hi ,
recieved the wad of paperwork for tribunal this morning ,. the dwp have stated in there report that they are asking for this case to be dssmissed and believe they have made the correct decsision ,, does this mean the court will cancel my appeal now ,.

The Tribunal Service is independent of the DWP. They will decide whether they believe the appeal should go ahead, they will not cancel it on the say-so of DWP!

hi ,
been reading through my pip claim form i recieved with my wad of paperwork from dwp for appeal, i realy didnt put enough info in the answers to the questions, didnt know about this site until after i had decision so playing catchup now , what i wanted to ask was when doing submissions for my appeal ,i know it advices on here not to do more than 2 A4 pages but i have about 5 pages which ive done for all the descriptors ime appealing against explaining in more detail than i did when filling in the pip claim form to reasons why ime unable to do them , is this ok do you think ? .
also ive asked for copies of medical records of certain health issues,should i send these in the same time as the submissions recorded ,, to the address for appeals and keep copies myself also ,the date on the wad of paperwork from appeals is the 28th july ,so its 28 days from then i have to send any info in isnt it ,?

I'm not sure where you have seen the "two pages" rule, this is not the case, you can submit as much information as you feel is reasonable to explain your limitations.

Forgive me but I can't remember if you have opted for an Oral or Paper hearing?

If an Oral appeal then your submission need to be sent to the TS no later than 7 days before the hearing. Send all of your information in one go, it's cheaper and will simplify the process.

If it is a Paper hearing then it need to be with the TS no later than 28 days after the date of the letter that accompanied the DWP submission.

hi gordon,
sorry you are correct about the submissions ,i havnt a clue where i got that from , this appeal is on my mind 24/7 so wouldnt suprise me ive dreamt it , :laugh: . ime going for the oral appeal now as ive managed to find someone to represent me', i did originaly request this on my appeal form anyway to begin with , just trying to get as much evidence as i can now,.
