hi p pete,..
they probably had it and didnt bother looking at it going by the amount of mr that actualy get overturned in mr stage,. the only way forward now is either appeal ,,or start from scratch ,it very disheartening either way as it more stress again ,but going by my journey ide go for the appeal route as uve got this far , just remember going to tribunal your chances are far higher ,they are independant from dwp and ule get treated fairly ,i waited from sending in my appeal and them recieving it roughly 18 weeks until i had a date ,,so my advice would be send it in soon as you dont have to go into alot of detail on appeal form ,i read up on the guides here and help from gordon and mrs h and did it myself , have a look at the guides on submision if your lucky enough to be able to get a welfare right person to help you even better as they will represent you and do ost of the written submision etc,, just make sure they have all the details they need and go through it all before it sent off so your happy it covers everything ,, should give urself a tap on the back for getting this far as i know how time consuming and stressful the whole malarky is from begining ,,
alison,:)

Just a quick note as kerknackered!

Sorry you didn't get stuff overturned by MR, but as Alison said (though in different words) Keep on Trucking! ;) I continue to send you The Vibes, and think of you and hope things get a bit easier for you... Possibly silly thing to say if you're going to Tribunal, but I guess you know what I mean!

Hugs and good luck from Liverpool. Maggie

Yes Maggie I do know what you mean, ha. Thanx! Been keeping an eye on your posts to see how you doin. Wishing you good luck as always. It's not easy by any stretch is it? If only we could take the buggars to court for mental cruelty/torture or something eh? :)

Alison thanx for your kind words of support, I hope you are managing to enjoy your successful result. :)

Another update, support worker rang them from here this morn, and they admit they did receive her report but it got lost in the system, blah blah blah! As it is their fault they will do a second MR, he said it looks hopeful. There is no way I am falling for that one. Support worker says she will keep plugging away at it for me anyway. Well that's a bit more time bought before the appeal has to be put in. I'm really grateful for the rest time this has bought me, I even went berserk today and cooked a meal, yay!!
