I told the trainee adviser that I will make a more detailed additions
on the the form and send it off my self ..I'm now worried that she may
take the scanned copy and send it herself as it is signed and dated
Can this happen please advice..... :unsure:

Even if they did send it in, which I doubt very much that they would, the DWP would not accept it, only the original issued PIP2 will be accepted back as part of the claim.

Bit worried if I mention that I have a car ( automatic) that they would
see it as being capable rather than necessary to get me to hospital appointments
and pick up preordered groceries which is brought to my car this happens once
every week or 10 days depending on my condition, i live alone so it is a life line
and only go to familiar places otherwise I take someone with me.

Should I even mention I have a car as they don't ask in the form pls advice.

As you say, there's no specific requirement for you to mention the car on the form, however, if you are asked directly then you would need to be truthful.

Just got a email from B&W regarding the appeal changes
does anyone know when this is going to be implemented

If they can't get us one way they'll try another!!!
