There are two issues to consider.

Does your DLA evidence reflect your conditions as they are now and how old is it? I see you had an a review in 2013 and that you think your conditions now are reasonably similar to how they were them. In this case it may make sense to make use of your DLA evidence.

Secondly, even though you have authorised usage of your DLA information, is it actually still available, will it actually be used and is there an opportunity for it to be taken out of context?

Our view is that if there is evidence you want to be used then you should include it yourself, this allows you to integrate it into your answers in the PIP2.

As an example of information that can be taken out of context, you mention that you can walk for 4 minutes; a person walking at a very slow pace (24m/minute) would cove nearly 100m in those four minutes.
