A big thank you for all your help, have just returned from my tribunal and went from 0 points to being put into the support group for 2 years, thank you so much, just one question how much will I receive now that I am in the support group, thanks again I am one very less stressed women

Hi just a quick question, now that I am in the support group do I still have to send them fit notes from my GP or am I okay and exempt from doing this now, thanks again for all your help

I would continue sending them until the Tribunal Decision is put into payment, it normally takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result.

I spoke to the DWP a couple of days ago and they rang me back and said that it was agreed for me to be in the support group and that I would be getting back pay, they said it would be going into my account 3rd or 4th of this month, haven,t seen it yet , and also gave my a date for future payments

You should get a letter confirming your award, this should inform you that sicknotes are no longer needed.
