Please try to deal with this if you possibly can. Giving yourself insufficient time to complete the form will only caused stress of its own!

Hello hope this helps. I printed off a copy of the Pip 1 form which includes all the questions you will be asked during your initial call. Questions are nothing major, just things like your name and address and bank account etc. I filled it in and had it in front of me when I made the call. I won't say I wasn't stressed when I phoned but it was not as bad as I expected. Sorry however I can't remember how I found form online to print it off. I think our lovely Mods pointed me in right direction. Good luck!

Hi there,

I'm currently going through the process too - my completed form is due back by 21st October which was exactly four weeks from the date I telephoned the DWP.

Am still wading through the form, with lots of additional typed information and copied documents. I find it takes me weeks to do this type of thing (in my case due to seizure activity etc.). Therefore, it is always a good idea to leave as much time as possible to complete them, do the necessary photocopying and get them to the post office - murphy's law always applies and it takes longer than you think it will to give detailed descriptions.

Unfortunately, many of us feel so ill much of the time and find it easy to put things off!

With best wishes to all who are going through the process.
