Well.. Rightly or wrongly Ive completed the form the best I can and sent it back by special delivery as its due by the 3rd, £7.20!!! lol...
I will keep my fingers crossed that everything is okay only its not as if this is a new condition, i've been through spine surgery and all sorts over the last 16 years, so heres hoping I don't get my car removed...
