Hello Mrs Hurtyback, Gordon,
I posted the day before yesterday but received an error message. If this post is a duplicate and waiting for your approval, apologies.
I am now filling in my AR1 form. On the PIP2 style form when answering the question regarding how far you can walk: if you can only just walk up to 20 metres you advise not to tick the box , put NA and explain in the further information.
On the AR1 the is no Extra information box after the 'distance boxes'. My walking has lessened further so I don't feel comfortable tickling 'less than 20 metres'. Can I leave these blank ? I will be explaining how the activity has become harder in the box above.

We have had problems with the forum software and even the Mods have not had access to the site for most of the day.
I think this is a case where you need to indicate a distance, from your post you already assessed yourself as being unable to reliably walk 20m and you are now saying that this has reduced, so I don't see a problem with you indicating this on the form.
You can explain why this is the case in the comments section for the activity.
