Was there today. Pleased to say has the following; distance to Newcastle train station is 1.4 miles. There are lots of buses from the station to the business park. The nearest bus stop is approximately a quarter of a mile away. There is disabled parking directly outside the building. 4 spaces. When we arrived there were 2 spaces. However, there is lots of parking a matter of a few steps away. There is good wheelchair access. Very small ramps, couple of cms into the building. The building is all on one level with disabled toilets. It's about 4 or 5 paces to building. Once inside, the examination rooms are very nearby. Again a few paces from the entrance. Cold water is available in reception. If ur unable to get the cold water for yourself, the staff are happy to get some for you. We were asked when we entered the interview room if we wanted any. The room itself was compact, we sat at the desk on one side and the medical person on the other side with her computer. A small examination couch was in the corner but I wasn't required to use it. I waited for ten minutes past my appointment time. If driving there, it's easy to find, as its outside of the city centre, there were no traffic problems. Hope this information helps.
