The building faces Preston Magistrates Court on a one-way system as you pass by Marshall House on the left take the left turn straight after the building and go down the slope which will take you under the one-way road to the car park it is multi-story with a lift leading to a pelican crossing and then just a short walk to Marshall House the pip office is on the ground floor yes there is wheel chair access with automatic doors toilets are available I would say that you would need to walk approximately20 -25 yards if dropped off at the side of the building. In my opinion compared to my experience with [MAXIMUS ESA ASSESMENT] THIS WAS HONESTLY A REALLY NICE PLEASANT SURPRISE I HOPE THIS HELPS IN SOME WAY AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.
