I attended this centre approxiamitely 2 years ago My husband drove me . Dropped me off at door and parked the car opposite. Couple of steps to the entrance door. Waited maybe 10 minutes and an assesor called my name. If my memory serves me correctly just a short walk to the room . Because it was my first visit she explained what would happen . Found it a bit upsetting especially when I remembered information and she had to scroll back to the question it answered muttering . However dont like the procedure feel like I am begging for money but you have to go through it However find it soul destroying.

I was sent to this office and I stay over 50miles away my nearest autos assessment is only 4miles away from my home with the next one 8miles away.I could not go by train as it was a 20minuite walk from nearest train station .Parking on street expensive for an hour and down a steep hill to centre. Would not be able to be dropped at door as a hill down drive to doors. When inside venue all access catered to my disabilities in wheelchair with opening pads to open doors All staff very helpful and everything on ground floor
