I requested this Centre as live in Keynsham and was initially told to go to Bristol. I was able to get a taxi there and back for £20.
The assessment room is on the ground floor.
Toilets are a fair walk from the waiting area - at the other end of the building. There is a disabled toilet outside the assessment room.
All the doors are very very heavy and you may need help opening and holding these.
The Centre is accessible for wheelchairs.
There is a possible 8 metre walk when dropped outside and there is a small wall you can rest on.
There is a car park directly outside the Centre.
There is only a very small solid sofa and chair to sit on but room to stand up and move about if you need to.
