  • Distance to walk if you’re dropped as close to the door as possible.
  • Wheelchair access.
  • Toilets, including disabled toilets.

Disabled parking approx 30 metres from door, on opposite side of side road. Two hour max stay, free, no return within 2 hours.

Letter said ground floor, but had a call on morning of assessment saying that it was 1st floor, approx 20 steps and their lift was out of order. Said they would try to get a downstairs room, but couldn't say for sure.
When arrived it all looked pretty bleak, thought we would have to cancel because I couldn't manage stairs. But a cancellation came in and ground floor assessment became available.
Apparently lift has been out of order for sometime, and can't be fixed for sometime.

There is no way to pickup or drop off at the rear door, due to barrier at car park, and one-way ramps at the exit. No seating outside, to wait for transport. Front access is on busy main road, bus lanes and busstop prohibits pickup and dropoff, and it's a good 10-15 metres or more to door. It might be possible to park there to drop off / pickup but a parking ticket might be on it's way.

Very stressful due to the lift situation.
