TOPIC: Type of fit note required for ESA application

Type of fit note required for ESA application 3 weeks 5 days ago #198081

Hi,
I have leg muscle issues where the cause has not be diagnosed yet. My doctor has given me a 50 day fit note with the 'I advise you that' section crossed in the 'you may be fit for work taking into account of the following advice:'. Would this be any good for an ESA claim? Or do I definitely need to to have it stating 'you are unfit for work'?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
