Well its looks like my claim was looked at again 21st Dec and they are sticking to there dission not to allow me what I feel i am entitled to.
The papers have now been sent for tribuneral so bring it it on I think

I am now post op and the pain is no better and if anything worse.

I am wondering if it would be worth paying for a private medical examination because the GP & Consultants replies to DLA are very vaig

would kindly accept any opinions on this.

Thank You

Private medical examinations/reports are very expensive to obtain, but if you are on a low income a solicitor may be able to apply for legal assistance in order for you to acquire a medical report, based upon a private medical examination.

There is however a risk that if you are prepared to pay for a private medical examination, the report may not be (entirely) supportive of the facts that you wish to argue before the appeal tribunal, to secure an award of DLA?
