Hello again everyone.

I'm sorry for the delay in my replies, I got hit with a heavy cold and it totally knocked me for six. Today is the first day I'm feeling reasonably human again.

I ended up having to chase up work and I have now been put on 'Healthcare Leave'

In a nutshell I am still technically employed but this scheme means I don't accrue holidays or service and I no longer pay NI contributions. I am guaranteed a job with the company but it isn't guaranteed it'll be the same department or on the same rota. I don't see myself returning to work so this isn't really an issue for me.

I've also checked how much SSP I have remaining, which is 12 weeks. My company sick pay has now run out.

I rang my local CAB and I can't quite believe I'm saying this but the chap I spoke to was useless. Had no idea what he was talking about. Looked into ESA for me after I asked him about it and he couldn't work out why on one part of 'his website' it said I could claim 3 months before my SSP ended and another part saying I could only do it 30 days beforehand and he told me he didn't know.
He gave me the wrong phone number for ESA so after finally being put in the right direction from the people I had spoken to on the phone I did get a helpful chap from the ESA claim phoneline who did tell me the ins and outs but CFS being CFS I didn't think to write it down and I can't remember most of it.
He mentioned about it being possible to do it 3 months in advance but it would only be stored on the computer system for 30 days beforehand...or along those lines, I will have to call back and make sure I have a pad and pen.

I have scoured my local councils website and see no mentioned anywhere of a WRO I can contact, I've even Googled for it to see if it brings up anything. So no WRO and no CAB and my employers being diabolical with contact is making me very very nervous, I really don't think I can do this alone even with all the help from this website. I'd happily lay down money on me having to chase up the form I need for ESA from work (SSP1 I think?)

I haven't even applied yet and I already feel like I've hit a dead end.

I'm going to do this, I have to, but it's just too daunting for me, especially as I have read that you have a time limit to complete and send back your form once you apply for it.
I have no printer/scanner/photocopier or access to one so I don't know how I'm going to get copies or drafts of anything either and I know it's so important to do so.

I just don't know where to begin. The stress of Christmas is piling on top of me and it's my daughters birthday on New Years Day so it's a double whammy and with all this going on too I'm just falling apart at the seams!
