TOPIC: Benefits Queries.

Benefits Queries. 8 years 1 month ago #14516

Hi All and a Happy New Year to all our members,

Can I just remind members that if they have a benefits query it should not be sent by Personal Message to any specific moderator(s), it must be posted on the forum. Also, the report to Moderator feature is to bring to the attention of moderators any questionable posts, and MUST NOT be used for benefits queries.

Benefits queries sent by PM means that only that particular moderator can see it and for various reasons, they may not be online at that time.

Benefits queries posted on the forum means that all moderators and members can see it, so you will get a much swifter response.

Also, a brief reminder that where possible, use the 'Search Forum' facility, since we tend to get lots of similar queries. Just type your query in Search Forum box, and click on the Go button. For example typing in DLA in the 'Search Forum' brings up 1,646 results, which is a good indication of how well it works.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kind regards.
