TOPIC: Failed IB Tribunal Appeal

Failed IB Tribunal Appeal 7 years 3 months ago #14672

  • Living
Tribunal last Monday, my Law Centre rep did not attend due to the weather, I had a weekends notice to draw up a submission which I handed in when I got there.
The Tribunal accepted that my previouse successfull PCA award (won on Appeal ) papers should be included but went ahead with the hearing.
Though I had Medical evidence to suport conditions, because they did not mention SRECIFICS OF SYMPTOMS , this evidence seems to have been , with my personal evidence, disregarded.
What I could not work out was questions like ' how did you get here today ' and about descriptors, which I had stated on the IB50 as 'no problem' ( so why ask ??).
Just seems to me that the specifics of symptoms is a new hoop introduced to jump through. And I thought common sense would prevail.
Doctors / Hospital next few weeks and a request for statement of reasons.
