I am shocked that any company thinks it is ok to tell you not to use as aid that you need as it "does not look good". Errr.... excuse me?????? Have they not heard of laws against discrimination?

Seriously, I would be going to see the CAB, the union, and a solicitor - just for starters - and I would throw the book at them, to tell you that you do not look good is utterly disgraceful! Oh - and drop the human right commission an email, I have found their advice pretty good in the past.

I have still got steam coming out of my ears now, how dare they!!!!

Hi,

Although we cannot give individual advice, are you a member of a union?. If so, they can deal with this sort of thing on your behalf.

Failing that, consider contacting Community Legal Advice - details and contact number here:

www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk/

who should be able to advise you.

Regards

Pete
