Hi Floralll,
I have to say that the DWP dealing with my ATOS report were superfast getting it out to me. It arrived in 3 days from the time my husband phoned them!
It certainly did help us to be able to find out what we disputed with re what the report said and what was actually said or happened on the day of the f2f.
Sadly didn't help change the Decision Maker's mind when we asked for the MR, so now preparing stuff for an appeal. Nightmare and not holding out much hope of getting my 2 extra precious points to allow me to have the enhanced mobility component which I'd had previously on DLA
Still going to fight this, more because there's a principal at stake and what we see as an injustice. Oh how I wish we'd requested for the assessment to be recorded!!!! At least that way people would have been able to hear my husband doing most of the talking on my behalf so would not have been able to deny that he was siting there beside me.
Have to say this all wearing me down and making my fibro symptoms worse BUT I feel it has to be done.
Good luck with your MR Floralll, and I'd keep my fingers crossed for you if the arthritis would let me, that you won't have to go through an appeal too

I now have the Atos medical report. I would appreciate some help for my MR letter. Struggling to know where to even begin.

Have a look at our PIP MR & Appeal guide for details of the process, the PIP area also has template letters that you can use to make the request with.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip
You need to concentrate on why you should receive an award, so go through your PIP2 and the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have shown that you meet the PIP Descriptors, have you used "reliably" wherever relevant? Remember you only need to show that you have problems on the majority of days to score.

Thanks Gordon. Will do.
I have just spent an hour going through the medical report, and there are a couple of things that are glaring out at me. I don't know whether I'm being particularly pernickety, or whether they are valid things that I can use, so I would appreciate some more advice. My daughter drove me to, and was with me at the F2F, and agrees with me about these points.
1. The HP says that I refused to do a peak flow test. I was never asked to do a peak flow test. If I had been asked, I would have been happy to do it.
2. She says I wasn't suicidal. But she didn't ask me, so how could she possibly have known?
3. On the page where she reports about the range of movement I could do, she uses lots of words that I don't understand, such as pantarflexion, dorsiflexion, shoulder abduction. etc. I've been through it carefully, and nowhere does she mention the pain I told her about in my shoulder, in several of the things she asked me to do, and neither does she mention that this pain restricted my movement.
4. She often refers to me as a he, sometimes referring to me as"he", then "she", in the same paragraph. I assumed this was a typo, because her grammar is dreadful. This is me being very pernickety, and cynical, but is it possible she was using someone else's report, and forgot to change the sex from he to she?
Shoot me down in flames if none of this is relevant. (But please do it nicely because I'm feeling so incredibly vulnerable.)

Fight battles that lead to points.
So I see little mileage with issues 1 and 4 but 2 and 3 are things to raise.
