can someone advise me be asked to complete PIP form have been on life award dla hr mobility middle care medical i have are as follows
Rheumatiod arthritis all joints
osteoarthritis spine
high grade tear rotar cuff both shoulders
spondylosis
sciatica hip
memory problems under investigation

There are two mobility questions. One deals with problems with a physical cause and the other deals with problems caused by mental health, cognitive and sensory issues. This is all explained in detail in the guide.
