My partner was reassessed using the AR form a few months ago. She had previously received enhanced for both DL and mobility. On this occasion, she got a 5-year award for enhanced mobility, but standard DL.
As always, I used your guides to help with MandRec.
On Wednesday, we received her decision letter. The decision maker awarded her 13 points for Daily Living, yet said her award remained at the standard rate. The DM also wrote as to why he awarded the extra pints to increase it from 11-13.
After a lengthy call, providing the DWP with the evidence of the letter and advice that a tribunal judge could easily assess the application using her incorrect award letter, my partner was apologised to and her enhanced DL was re-instated.
I would have thought that when the DM was awarding the points that the system would calculate the total and automatically create the relevant award letter. I guess I was wrong!

You would have thought so, wouldn't you?!
I'm glad your partner has finally got the award they deserve.
