TOPIC: Worth appealing to make a point ?

Worth appealing to make a point ? 3 months 1 week ago #194917

Briefly- lost mobility payment, but with the new rulings this will be correct. Thing is, some of my evidence was ignored in my opinion which would have given me four points. Is it worth appealing just to make a point as it will make no financial difference?

I'm afraid, unless you are challenging the Decision for an award you are wasting your time, it won't register with the DWP that you are making a point.

Dear Sarah, you should not appeal 'to make a point', you could appeal and re-iterate or strengthen the grounds you provided, although if this won't bump you up to get benefit re-instated it's stress and a waste of time.
