I am currently filling in my form and some of the tick boxes are not applicable...I suffer from M.E and am completely bedbound. I rely on my partner for everything. When it comes to making a meal for example...one of the questions is 'do you need an aid or appliance to prepare or cook a simple meal?'....boxes are: YES. NO. or SOMETIMES? I cannot make a meal...even with an aid or appliance so what box do I tick? Is it ok to not tick a box and explain why to the side of it? If I didn't tick a box...would I score 0 even though I expalin why I couldn't tick a particular box? I'm just really unsure. Thank you for any help. Dorothy.
