PIP report discrepancies?

I have just received a copy of the f2f report. 2things have jumped out at me and that is 3of the descriptors have not been applied correctly by HP even though there is plenty of evidence. Ie bathing,dressing and meals. Should I challenge now before hearing from DM?
Also mobility assessed correctly but if I challenge now or mandatory reconsideration would payment be withheld ?

If you have already had your assessment, there will not be much time to get information to the DWP before a decision is made. There is nothing to be lost if you want to argue against the report but you should confine yourself to pointing out how it differs from your evidence.

There is no harm in doing this - payment will only be stopped if the decision is that you do not score enough to qualify for PIP.

I suggest you have a look at our PIP guide so that you are sure you understand the criteria against which you are being assessed.

Did you request this report after you had your f2f but before the decision was made?
I had mine this week Tuesday and I know they have messed it up to what I was saying
