I don't think I have written this right. First point of getting about I scored 4 points as they said I could walk further than I can. I have heart condition and later in year will have open heart surgery. Fact.. gp clarified this with I can't walk far. 2nd point is I also have an anxiety condition. Gp clarified this. I was informing them of my conditions. In my mind I should have got enhanced mobility as 1, I can hardly move and 2, I have an extreme anxiety disorder and to undertake journey on own would cause extreme distress. If I did not have heart condition then I still could not go out alone and if I did not have anxiety I could not get about due to heart condition
Then this is what you need to explain, the heart problems are relevant to the Moving Around activity and the distance that you can reliably walk on the majority of days. The anxiety falls under the Going Out activity although I still think you will struggle with this if there is no treatment or medication currently.
