I finally got an appoitment to see my MP this week, which I attended with my husband. He was very helpful and disgusted at the way I was treated. He has agreed to help us as much as he can reference my claim. He has written to CAB so that I can get an appoitment with them, I have tried with no avail as they are too busy. We will see what happens with that. In the meantime I have sent DWP an excellent report from my Psychiatrist, and today I have received another excellent report from my GP, which my care advisor sorted out for me, which I will be posting by signed for tomorrow.
My question is even though my claim is going to tribunal can the decision of the decision maker be changed now?

Thank you
QL

Hi QL

The decision can be changed right up to the day of your tribunal, mine was changed a week before!!! I scored only 9 points at my medical and yet the decision was overturned a week before my tribunal and i was placed into the support group!!!

Good luck

The DWP usually re-review cases just before the Tibunal hearing, and will, if they believe it appropriate, overturn the Decision being appealed and find for the claimant.

Good luck.
