Hi DennC

B&W can only give general advice on certain benefits, we aren't able to comment on Government policy. I understand your anger, but have deleted your post under our rules.

You can of course submit another general question and use the guides in the Orange section by clicking Members Only and other resources.

Kind regards

Michael

As above. Innapropriate use of Forum.

DennC

Just to clarify your comments.

The 12 month time limit applies to members of the WRAG but not the Support Group.

The legislation is not yet law, and still needs to pass through the House of Lords, althoug it seems unlikely that it will be stoppped or that any significant amendments will be made.

I dont think it even has to be of any worth... as little as £85 plus starts to have an effect .. could be wrong but the amounts not high

As I have stated in other posts,I was a career soldier, service in the falklands, Desert storm and other campaigns, was working as a prison officer when I had my stroke, I will never work again but because I have a pension come next August I will receive nothing.
