INDEFINITE DLA

Hi can anyone help i was awarded h/r mobility + middle care in 2005 indefinitely i've now had a reveiw form to complete i've also been for ESA medical in aug 11 and have a copy of report would the DLA use that as well as the info i've given in DLA form and things have not got better over the years for me should i be has worried as i am over all this any help would be much appreciated oh should i send copy of esa report or pages from it ? please forgive if answers already on here sorry can't find them and this is my first post

Even though a DLA award is called 'indefinite' it can be subject to review at any time under a scheme called the Right Payment Programme. This is where a small percentage of claims (which are over one year since a last review/award) can be reviewed. Some claims are chosen totally at random for these reviews.

As to whether your ESA medical report may be used, the answer is it could be, however they may decide you need a new medical or you may not get a medical at all. It is impossible to tell.

If you have a copy of the ESA medical report and it is favourable to you and demonstrates the care/mobility needs you have, then there is nothing to stop you enclosing it.
