Can't thank Benefits and Work enough for the help and support they offer to everyone being pushed through this mill. I have just learned that I have been placed in the 'Support' group without having had to go through a face-to-face assessment, MONTHS of misery and anxiety are now at an end - I cannot praise BenefitsAndWork highly enough. THANK YOU!!

Hi,

Congratulations on your successful outcome.

Also many thanks for letting the forum know. it can give some hope to others either going through the process or about to start it that it is possible to be migrated into the Support Group without assessment and not too many problems (worry and waiting apart!).

Pete

Hi, congratulations ! I had the same outcome with very little fuss.It was just the waiting that was extremely stressful.
Have you had your award letter yet?
If yes, where it tells you how much money you will be getting does it give two dates? The latter one being December 2011 ?
These dates seem to appear on most if not all award letters
and I have tried to ring DWP to find out there significance
but simply cannot get through.
I also had the same dates appear on a previous income support letter not long ago.
cheers
