ESA Reassessment date

Hi to everyone claiming ESA,

I was put into the support group in Oct 2012 and knew my reassesment date was 18.10.2015 so I rang up today to see when I should expect to receive a new ESA50 to complete.

I was told my reassessment date is now 17.10.2017 so the DWP are still defering for 2 years.
I was absolutely delighted and thought I would let anyone who is expecting to be reassessed to check before starting to prepare.

Thank you for posting the above,my assessment date was the same as yours so I have just rang up to be told that I am now 2017 too what a relief

I rang hoping to have another 2 years stress free but they told me I have no date on the system at all!

Just plucked up courage and rung about mine as its about due, nice helpful lady told me it's now down for June 2017, when they will be sending me another ESA 50 form, so can relax for another couple of years, get my pension March 2018.

I just rung too as seeing all this on here i felt i should pluck up the courage as my due date was Aug 2015. I was told on phone that it is now Aug 2017.

Hi, to everyone who has replied.

I am so pleased that Heffy,Mags,and Worrly also plucked up the courage,like me, to ask about their reassessment date and have had the same outcome.

Mags, I get my state pension in March 2019 so I should only have to fill in the dreaded ESA50 one more time which is such a relief.

Alzon, if there is no date on the system for you lets hope you slip through the system!!
