thank you mrrs hurtyback
I haven't thought about contacting them .
i'm that relieved that the nightmare is over . you just get into accepting what you've got don't you
I will chase them up
thank's for reminding me

i'd like to remind people again you can use medical information from pip tribunal in a esa tribunal . even if the the dwp tell you you cant like they did with me .don't rely on them to send any evidence make sure you take everything you have with you .
I sent all my pip decision , medical reports and dr's letters to dwp . They did not send them in the package to the tribunal ??

but what a relief 10 month's of cruelty
thanks to the site for the support and advice worth every penny

I thought it was over after 10 month's
I'm still on half pay from esa a month after winning appeal ?
I called the esa yesterday and was met with this .

Yes your appeal was granted but it was only a month ago Mr @@@ . We also have the right to appeal by law just as you did you know ? .
we are in no rush to make our decision and have no time limit . So we will let you know what we decide by letter I can't give you a date ? so you will have to wait for letter .

I told them I was on half money since may he said " we can't help that we have the right to appeal as you did and have no time limit to do so " .

how rude and inconsiderate
how do they sleep at night . I have been on half money since may thought it was all over and they don't give a @@@@@@@ . Must be the coldest hearted people around

I am afraid it's probably too early for the DWP to have processed your appeal yet, but they do not have unlimited time to start an appeal to the UTT, they must request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge within one month of the date of the hearing. From your previous posts there appears to be about a week left for this to happen.

the tribunal was awarded in my favour and still no change only half pay
I called the dwp again they said it will be sorted and you will receive back pay

You are now in the period where we would expect the DWP to have processed your Tribunal result although we do advise that it can take up to 8 weeks on occasion.

I'm afraid it is probably a bit early to start hassling them daily but weekly calls would not be inappropriate.

You will receive back payment of any missed benefit once the Decision is processed.

If you haven't received anything in a couple of weeks and it sounds as if will still be a while then you can involve your MP.
