You will need to explain in considerable detail how you manage this! What walking to do you do for the rest of the week? What is the impact to you of going out shopping?

i thought it took into consideration how long it took you and what speed you went at ,the shop in question is a small local shop not a hugh supermarket

i do very little walking during the week because i am always in the house (a bungalow),it causes me discomfort and pain but my husband insists i go with him so i dont give up the only outing i do, he doesnt want me to become a total recluse

That's DLA or PIP, you can still make the arguments for ESA but it's not defined in the legislation so is more difficult to have it accepted.
