That's a Subject Access Request, a current assessment report should not take more than about 10 days,

Good luck

I had my pip assessment on Friday 18 May and phoned dwp today to ask when they’ll have it and how long it will take. I live in Northern Ireland and they said I couldn’t have the report until the decision was made. The guidelines must be different in NI. But of a disadvantage.

I live in N I & yes rules different here, I had my F2F on 10th April & recieved decision in 4 weeks. (Which I’m happy with) Date on letter was actually 30th April but took a full week to arrive with me. I’m told in NI on average it is taking 4 - 6 weeks for decision but you may be lucky like me & get it sooner. It was a pleasant surprise as I wasn’t expecting it so soon. Good Luck

Thanks I’m glad it worked well for you. I felt it was like a job interview and got home saying to myself I forgot to say this and that etc. Feel I talked myself out of it as this is all totally new to me. I suppose I can apply again if MR isn’t successful.
