question re PIP

OK had to go through F2F. The lady was very nice and seemed to listen, but I was sceptical after reading so many horror stories. I was very careful to word my replies based on the information I've found on here.

I called to request a copy of my assessor's report after 1 week and when it still hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I called to chase it up. Another very helpful lady told me a decision had been made and a letter would be sent along with the report. Enhanced rate on both until 2023.

I'm over the moon. Thank you for a wonderful site with wonderful information. I can breathe easy now.
