Hello,

I would like to contact Maximus about the progress of a reassessment.

ESA50 was received by them approximately 2 months ago, is it too soon to contact them?

I have seen a link to a national telephone number and an email address.

On the letter sent with the ESA50 there was a telephone number to the regional centre.

I would rather email. Is this an appropriate question to ask via email and what information would they need, is name and national insurance number enough?

If I was to phone would it be the national number or the regional centre?

Sorry for so many questions.

I sent my form back 6 1/2 months ago - I email them each week for a progress update - they are good at replying, but the reply is "still waiting to be reviewed"

Yes - name and NI number seems to be enough for them to check
