Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Although ESA is an indefinite award it is reassessed on a regular basis, three years is the maximum that we would expect without the DWP looking at your claim again.

This is a full reassessment of your claim, so you need to complete the ESA50 in detail and provide evidence to support your statements as you can, even if it is information that you have previously supplied.

Please have a look at our ESA Claim guides to help you complete the form and if you have further questions, reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
