TOPIC: help

help 7 months 2 weeks ago #170301

Hi, I read somewhere about two regulations that can help me in my tribunal and also protect my gp if he chooses to state them in a letter for me but I have forgotten them, any help would be appreciated.

I think you are talking about Regulations 29 and 35. Have a look at the ESA Claim guides in the sections on qualifying for the WRAG and the SG due to risk of harm.
