Telephone hearing success?

Mrs Hurtyback, when you say you think it would be in my interest to make it happen, do you mean face to face? What do you think to phone as or video link as I am not exaggerating but for the past 4-6 weeks, I'm struggling to even take a step. I have been referred for physiology for this but that won't be anytime soon.
Also do you think it works against me that I only have diagnosis of CFS/fibromyalgia and IBS with SPD issues not gone after pregnancy? My GP did write that it's an error on his part why I haven't been referred but it's a joke going to your GP these days. You barely have 10 mins and they want to focus on one thing at once and during that time you just get a chance to explain all the same info all over. This last GP forgot to actually refer too so again the panel might think well if she's that bad, why no referral. It's been going on since 2008. I also take anxiety medication and some for nerve pain. Surely they should consider this?
Any advice is much appreciated

If the panel feel that they cannot make a decision without hearing from you, then letting them question you would seem a good idea. If you are not able to tolerate a face to face hearing then telephone or video would be an alternative if the panel will agree to it.

You cannot change the situation regarding your diagnoses, you can only work with what you have.

Yes that's true. Is it generally the case though that they want a diagnosis to award anything? Because I thought with PIP it was about how my condition affects me?
Thanks again x

PIP will be awarded because of limitations caused by a condition. A diagnosis is proof that you have that condition. However, it is still possible to get an award without one - but it is more difficult.

Just wondering if anyone can help me.
Since receiving the letter stating the hearing has been adjourned, I received a letter today to thank me for providing additional information. But this additional information was what I had sent after receiving the bundle from DWP and sent it off on 6 September. The letter today is dated 17th October so have they only seen that now?
When they told me the hearing has been adjourned as the paperwork wasn't clear (dated at least a week ago) , had they not seen my letter dated 6 September by that point? It was stamped received on 7Sept but the letter today is the one stating it's been received.
Thanks

I'm afraid you will have to ring the Tribunal Service for clarification of what has happened.
