TOPIC: P.I.P assessment cancelled

P.I.P assessment cancelled 7 months 1 week ago #171121

Hi all,

Just received a call from the DWP to be informed that my assessment as now been cancelled
It was due to take place on Friday at my home at 10:30 they have now informed me that that it's cancelled with no forwarded date
So my claim is now on hold until a new date is given
Is there anything that I can do all that can be done in order for me to get some money
I'm currently on long-term sick and on SSP . This is due to run out December/January time.

I'm afraid you can't claim JSA or ESA while you are receiving SSP.

Try putting your details into one of the online benefit calculators, it should indicate whether you are entitled to benefits such as HB due to your reduced income.
