Hi,
I recently contacted Maximus at the Disability assessment centre regarding my recently returned ESA 50. I was informed that at ftf was not necessary this time round as they had sufficient evidence to make a decision. The file has now been returned to DWP for a decision to be made on my claim. As yet no decision has been made.
Does this mean I can safely say on balance of probability that my place in the Support Group I'm currently in is safe? Bottom line I could still be moved to WRAG I suppose but highly unlikely do you think?

I'm afraid that the only thing you can assume at this time is that you have not been Found Fit for Work as this cannot happen without a face to face assessment happening.
That does not mean that you have not stayed in the Support Group, but until you receive a Decision nobody can say.
