Hi I wanted to ask if a PPI claim award that my husband may receive will have any impact on his esa benefit . We are not sure and wanted some advice. Many thanks for any help .

If you receive Income Related ESA in part or in whole then the payment will be treated as savings once you receive it. If you are still under the £6000 limit then no problem but if it takes you over it then you need to contact the DWP as they will make a deduction from your ESA. See
