My ESA50 reapplication is completed - massive Phew. The first letter from the Health Advisory Service letter asked me to return it to Wolverhampton and the reminder letter asked me to return it to Edgbaston.
Do you know which is correct? I didn't notice the different addresses until now & it's too late to contact them - It has to be in the post tomorrow (Saturday) by 12pm!

You should have an envelope to return the ESA50 in, use the address on that, which I guess is the Wolverhampton address.

Thank you Gordon - So pleased you were there ! Yes, the SAE they sent me has the Wolverhampton address on it.
