I've been reading about the Investigatory Powers Bill and the fact that the DWP will have access to 12 months worth of internet history for whomever they decide. Given the fact that they have a tendency to say "she can use a computer therefore she can work" I wondered if anyone knew if this new law would impact on people applying or renewing their claims? I'm just worried for the implications...
