PIP award reveiw was created by kelly M
Hi everyone I have just received the dreaded Pip review pack, It all seems straight forward but I know it isn't I am currently getting the enhanced living component and flat rate mobility after going to tribunal in December 2015 I also receive ESA and I'm in the support group after also going to tribunal about the same time.

I am suffering with depression, alcohol dependency and mobility problems due to a broken back nothing has changed apart from me needing a asthma inhaler I still get the same medication ect, I had to fight DWP all the way for this after blatant lies were told after my medicals.

I have no faith in DWP at all and I'm worried at the possible outcome of filling in this review pack Its making me ill, can anybody help or advise me on how to fill it in and what the worst case scenario will be if someone at the DWP is having a bad day and decides I'm not ill at all, all help appreciated.

Thanks Kelly x :S

PS I have only just become a member on here so not quite sure how it works.

Hi again I'm still having trouble with a review pack Ive gone through my notes for the original award and started filling it in There is no change in my circumstances, but would I be right in putting something in with the questions I scored points for, eg Planning and following a journey ? I wrote, Needs transport and prompting due to distress....... Mixing with other people ? I wrote don't go out due to mental distress and get anxious when have to go to appointments ect. I am really getting flustered with this, I had to go through 3 tribunals to get what I am getting don't know what I will do if my benefit is stopped or cut.

Any help please xxx

We do advise providing additional information even if you are marking the form "no change", the AR1 is supposed to be reviewed in conjunction with your last PIP2 but we are not convinced that this always happens.

You could call them to find out what "dealing" with your review means, but apart from this there are no other actions that you can take, the ball appears to be in their court at the moment.
